The online fashion world has new hits that come to our very own desktops daily, including new fashion favorite, Vaunte. Creators Christian Leone and Leah Park set out for “Coveteur”-esque site that allows you to shop the closets of socialites, stylists, editors, models, and celebrities; the twist is in the way it has been customized to your personal style. Starting off with an invitation to the site, Vaunte is gaining momentum as a cool new way to shop and sell designer duds at a fraction of the costs, all personalized with stories behind the items put up for sale. Vaunte is a great new lifestyle website that has us glued to our computers.
The 2013 Golden Globes set the stage last night for not only the awards, but the fashion statements our leading ladies made. A slew of colors donned the red carpet, but the presence of black, nude and white could not be denied. We loved Kate Hudson and Nicole Richie staying true to their Angeleno roots with glam bohemia, while Anne Hathaway came out as a modern day Audrey Hepburn in Chanel Couture. Giulliana Rancic, Marion Cotillard, and Kelly Osbourne were also on our radar making us jump for excitement for the upcoming Academy Awards!

Isabel Marant has finally opened its doors on our side of the pond at its newest outpost: Melrose Place. The long awaited store opening has fashionistas in a craze, bringing foot traffic to the coveted shopping area that has been fresh with new store openings for a good part of 2012. Marant chose this location for the West Coast because of its peaceful demeanor within the greenery, rather than a busy street like Rodeo Dr. or Robertson Blvd. Bonjour, Marant!

Will Leather Goods is taking it old school and just opened up a shop on Abbot Kinney Blvd where founder and CEO Bill Adler used to sell belt buckles a cool 30 years ago. The store fits in perfectly with the kitschy vibe of Venice Beach’s sought after boulevard and is a great place to go and find the perfect brown leather bag. This exciting news brings the eclectic shopper diversity when looking for a perfectly deconstructed handmade bag that will get them from Venice Beach to Robertson Blvd. Go check it out!
